How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and include the return slip provided by our customer service.
  3. Ship the product back to us using the return shipping label we provide or your own shipping method. 

 

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


Exchanges:

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, please specify this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
