Damaged products / missing components

If you are missing any components are experienced any damage during shipment, please contact us at inquires@hibanalife.com and we’ll replace what’s missing or damaged. 


When will my order be processed?

We process most orders within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) after you submit your order. However, an order placed after normal business hours on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday when we resume normal operation.  


What are you going to do with my name and order information?

Grand Prix International, Inc. does not rent or sell any personal information from Web orders or any off-line orders to third parties.  For more information, see our Privacy Policy


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.  We do not accept payments in the form of personal checks or money orders.

 

Shipping

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free shipping for orders within the United States and Canada that are over $90.00 (before tax). 

Orders between $35.00 and $89.99 (before tax) incur a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95. 

Order up to $34.99 (before tax) incur a flat rate shipping charge of $4.95.

What shipping method do you use?

We typically ship via UPS Ground.


Can I ship to a P.O. Box?   

Unfortunately not. We can only ship to a physical address.


Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada.

For countries that were not mentioned above, we recommend checking the product on Amazon.com as they might be able to ship to your country.

What’s your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping for orders within the United States and Canada that are over $90.00. 

Orders between $35.00 and $89.99 incur a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95. 

Order up to $34.99 incur a flat rate shipping charge of $4.95. 

Orders typically take 4 - 8 days for delivery. In some instances, the delivery may take longer. External factors might cause shipping delays such as COVID-19, holidays and the weather which we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Do you have a return or refund policy?

Yes! While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with Hibana products, we understand sometimes things don’t quite work out. We are 100% committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! We offer order cancellation if your order hasn’t shipped out yet. If you would like a refund after your order has been shipped out, you’ll have to initiate our standard returns process.


How can I track my order?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic email notification providing you with a tracking number.  

If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Are my payment details/data secured?

In order to process your order, we have to collect your payment data. Rest assured, your data is encrypted and will be treated as highly confidential and with the sole purpose of this transaction only.  For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
